1. Nature of Payments

All payments made by the User to Aeonfeel LLC (hereinafter, the “Provider”) are final, binding, and irrevocable. The User acknowledges and agrees that, once payment has been made—by any available means of payment, including but not limited to bank transfers, credit or debit card payments, electronic payment platforms, or cryptocurrencies— no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The User expressly waives any right of withdrawal, revocation or cancellation that may correspond to him or her under applicable consumer or electronic commerce legislation, given that the services offered:

  1. They are personalized or adapted to the specific needs of the User.
  2. They begin to be provided immediately after the contract is confirmed, even
  3. They include access to information, documents and/or knowledge of a sensitive, confidential or strategic nature.

3. Failure to Send Information or Documentation

The User’s failure to provide the information and/or documentation required by the Provider for the provision of the service does not give rise to a right to a refund. The Provider will be released from any obligation to perform or complete the contracted service until the requested information and/or documentation is received, without this implying any obligation to reimburse any sum.

4. Cancellations by the Provider

The Provider may unilaterally terminate the service if the User breaches any of the obligations assumed in these Terms and Conditions, including providing false or inaccurate information, engaging in illegal activities or activities contrary to current regulations, or misusing the services. In such cases, the User will not be entitled to a refund , and the Provider may retain any sums received as compensation for damages.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims against payment processors, card issuers, banks, or any other financial intermediary, unless they can conclusively demonstrate that the Provider has not fully or partially performed the service due to a direct and exclusive cause attributable to the Provider. The User acknowledges that any attempt at an unjustified chargeback constitutes a serious breach that will entitle the Provider to claim damages, including professional fees and legal costs.

6. Application of Credits

In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Provider, the Provider may offer the User the option to apply the paid amount as credit toward the purchase of other services within one hundred and eighty (180) days following the payment date. This credit offer does not constitute a contractual obligation and is not refundable under any circumstances.

7. Express Acceptance

By contracting any of the services offered by the Provider, the User declares to have read, understood and fully accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy, agreeing to comply with it and expressly waiving the right to make any claim, demand or judicial or extrajudicial action aimed at the return of the sums paid, except in the cases expressly contemplated in this policy.
